So guys and gals, as promised… a video of me wanting to die, and nearly doing so in the following workout:
The 2011 Crossfit Open Sectionals WOD #1:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 minutes:
30 Double Unders
15 Ground to Overheads, 75 pounds
Result: 6 Rounds + 30 double unders + 6 G2OH
Total Score = 306 reps
