How to Get A Celebrity Body
There are so many elements that a working actor must have dialed in on in order to improve his/her chances at success in this industry. I created Hollywood Body Fitness to cater to a wide variety of people. Basically for anyone who wants to attain that “Hollywood Body,” a slim, sexy body with an attractive amount of lean muscle. The kind of body you might see on Brad Pitt in Fight Club or a Matthew McConaughey type body.
There are so many times when you’ll need to alter your physique to fit a certain role. And unless you’re an A-List star, chances are you aren’t going to be able to hire a $60,000 personal trainer to get your body to where it needs to be. That’s why you can come here instead and find out how to achieve the same results for free!
Of course, you’ll have to push yourself to actually do the work and be disciplined enough to follow an effective nutrition plan, but you will gain the knowledge from this site needed to achieve any body you want.
Living here, I soon found out that Hollywood does have its ugly side. The acting business is extremely competitive and there are people who are only in the game to benefit themselves. I think the most successful people are the ones who help others on their journey to the top. My goal is to help other actors achieve their fitness goals to create success.
Staying Lean and Fit in Hollywood
Hollywood Effects
I’d like to point out that while it’s very possible to maintain a lean Hollywood Body year-round, what you see in film, on TV, or in magazines is often enhanced. Lighting effects, photoshop, and other tricks are utilized in order to make things look better on the big screen. There are also “quick fix” techniques to get photo ready in a short period of time. Many stars maintain great bodies all year round, but even at their peak, they’ll always look just a notch better on film or in print.
My Target Audience:
- Actors who have set physique goals for a specific role
- Anyone who want to achieve a lean and fit body
Last summer, my personal goal was to achieve a Brad Pitt Fight Club physique. At the time of setting this goal, I weighed around 172 at 5’10. Pitt, is 5″11 and from internet sources, weighed around 155 for Fight Club at obviously a low bodyfat percentage. You don’t have to match up pound for pound with your favorite celeb to achieve a similar look, but it will give you a good idea where to start. I was at a pretty low bodyfat percentage already, but knew I needed to get leaner to get where I wanted to be. I went out to find help, and met Rusty Moore from Fitnessblackbook.com. This guy knows his stuff!
If you haven’t been to Rusty’s site, you should definitely check it out. With his guidance I was able to get down 4%-5% bodyfat at 155 pounds. It’s very difficult to maintain this level of leanness. Year round I’m usually around 6%-8% BF, but I have the knowledge to get as lean as I desire at any time. I want to give you the knowledge you need to achieve your goals. I didn’t have to work out any harder than I’d been before, but I was working out smarter. When I went to the gym, I was working toward my goal instead of spinning my wheels. You can work your butt off at the gym and think you’re eating correctly, but if months go by with less than stellar results, you should reassess what you’re doing and make some changes.
