Welcome! My name is Craig Avera. I have been actively involved in sports my whole life, but it was my late high school years when I began taking strength training and  nutrition seriously. For the past few years, my focus has been on muscle gaining/toning workouts, the most effective forms of exercise for fat loss, sport-specific training, and proper nutritional habits.

What To Expect From This Site:

I have a broad base of knowledge regarding many aspects of health and fitness, and have had the privilege of meeting many of today’s top fitness experts. Appearance does matter in this town; as superficial as it may sound, in a business where the competition is extremely high, it’s a fact of life. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, or tone up, I can help you step-by-step to get to a place you consider success. I personally believe a lean athletic build is the best way to go. Forget about the 300 pound meat head lifters out there. If you want to look like a puffball, this site will not be for you. There are plenty of sites catering to these goals, but Hollywood Body Fitness is not one of them. Here, we are talking lean, athletic and toned.

They say diet is 80% of the fitness equation. Not only is it a critical component, it’s also quite often the most difficult aspect of attaining your goals. Sure, busting your butt in the gym 10 hours a day is a daunting task, but proper eating habits are a continuous struggle. Here I will tell you what has worked for me, and what I have known to work for others, in terms of a proper, “doable” diet.

There are so many different ways to train, and you don’t want to be exerting mass amounts of energy only to achieve mediocre results all because you weren’t training the right way–toward your own personal goal. Unfortunately, this happens a lot, and is not for lack of effort but merely a lack of direction. It can be hard to know exactly how to get where you want to go. This is where I come in; tell me your goals and I’ll do my best to help you reach them.

Trust me, I know that fitness is one of the most controversial hot topics of today’s generation. I was in your shoes not too long ago and I remember how easy it is to get lost amidst all the advice. Everyone will have their own spin or their own method, but there is no one right way. I will teach you how to replicate what has proven effective for me, and what I believe will be effective for you.
